Welcome to Eganville & District Public School, a Kindergarten to Grade 8 learning community dedicated to nurturing the academic, social, and cultural growth of every student. We are proud to offer programming that supports diverse learning pathways and respects the identities of all learners.
As a dual-track school, we provide both English (with core French) and French Immersion programs, giving families the opportunity to choose the language pathway that best supports their child’s future. We are also honoured to offer Algonquin Language programming, which allows students to build meaningful connections to Indigenous language and culture while deepening their understanding of our shared responsibilities as a community.
Beyond the classroom, we offer engaging extracurricular opportunities that promote healthy living and personal growth. In the winter months, students in Grades 5–8 are able to participate in a short-term hockey initiative, designed to help young athletes develop their on-ice skills, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive environment.
